Iraq 2003 - 2009

A Service of Commemoration has taken place at St Paul's Cathedral to mark the end of combat operations in Iraq.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh attended the service which was led by the Dean of St Paul's Cathedral with the address given by the Archbishop of Canterbury. The readings were given by members of the armed services, and the Prayers, led by The Reverend Jason Rendell, Minor Canon and Succentor, were spoken by representatives of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army and Royal Air Force.
