St Paul's Cathedral

Support St Paul's

It's human nature to take things for granted

The cost of caring for such a magnificent historic monument and delivering our central ministry are enormous. We do not receive any regular Government or Church of England funding and struggle to cover our £3.7m core costs from visitor admissions alone. We are increasingly reliant on the generosity of our supporters to be able to deliver our vital education and outreach work, to support choristers and to conserve one of our nation's most striking monuments. Every gift from £10 to £1million helps to ensure that St Paul's can continue to offer moments of peace, reflection, and prayer to all those who seek it, for generations to come. Please join us in safeguarding the future of your Cathedral.

The St Paul’s Cathedral Foundation was formed for a range of purposes:

  • The maintenance, restoration, repair and conservation of, and the undertaking of works to, the fabric of St Paul’s Cathedral
  • To further the theological and adult educational work of the Cathedral
  • To promote the development of the musical educational work of the Cathedral, the maintenance of the organ and other instruments in the Cathedral, and the musical training of the choirs and musicians of the Cathedral and of the choristers at the St Paul’s Cathedral School
  • To promote the work and mission of the Cathedral as a diocesan, national and international institution
