Advent & Christmas 2020

Celebrate the birth of Jesus and a new relationship with God with St Paul's this Advent and Christmas. Hear again the message of the angels and, in heart and mind, go to Bethlehem and discover the peace of the Christ Child through the pages of scripture and the carols of the choir.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited in how many people we are able to welcome at services and events throughout this period, around a tenth of our normal capacity. As a consequence, this year we will be ticketing all of our Christmas services and events, but these will remain free to attend. Further information about ticketing arrangements and the measures in place to keep your visit safe can be found here

For those who aren't able to join us in person, there are a number of ways to engage with St Paul's online this Christmas, including joining the ever-popular Celebration of Christmas via live stream (details below) or preparing with our Advent and Christmas reflections. You can also follow the Cathedral on social media, where we'll be sharing online services and behind the scenes so you can experience Christmas at St Paul's, wherever you are.

We need your support more than ever as we face the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had a catastrophic impact on the Cathedral. We are experiencing a substantial loss in visitor income, which we rely upon to cover the £7million annual cost of keeping St Paul’s open. Your support enables us to keep our doors open to serve the people of London and beyond into the future. We are very grateful for any donation you can make to the Cathedral at this time.
