Are you curious to know more about spiritual direction? This is a relaxed space to learn more about this ancient Christian tradition, to find out what spiritual direction is and isn’t, how you might benefit, and how you might go about finding a spiritual director.
This workshop is open to everyone, but most especially lay people. It does not require any theological training, specialist knowledge or denominational affiliation: simply a desire to notice, listen and respond to the Holy Spirit at work in your daily life.
With input from a range of speakers and ample opportunity to discuss questions in small groups.
