Ordination and Consecration of the Bishops of Ludlow and Thetford

On 29 September, Alistair Magowan and Alan Winton were consecrated Bishops of Ludlow and Thetford respectively, by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Venerable Alistair Magowan, Archdeacon of Dorset and Canon of Salisbury Cathedral, was ordained and consecrated Bishop of Ludlow in the Diocese of Hereford. The Reverend Canon Alan Winton, Team Rector of the Welwyn Team Ministry and Honorary Canon of St Alban's Cathedral, was ordained as Bishop of Thetford in the Diocese of Norwich.
