A bespoke Luxmuralis experience created for St Paul’s Cathedral

From ancient maps and historic words, to secret libraries, musical scores and the architecture itself, Origins reveals treasures from our collections in unexpected and extraordinary ways.

Created by renowned artist Peter Walker, the award-winning artistic collaboration Luxmuralis will transform our Cathedral into a living work of art – weaving together music, colour and projection into an immersive installation unlike anything else.

Immerse yourself in light

As light, sound and projection sweep through the Cathedral, you’re invited to experience the artwork from the depths of the Crypt to beneath the Dome, travelling through worlds both microscopic and immense.

Begin in the Crypt, move through the Cathedral Floor, and – for those who want to go further – ascend to the Whispering Gallery for a rare viewpoint.

Elevate your experience

For the first time, we're offering add-on tickets to the Whispering Gallery – 99 feet above the Cathedral floor – giving you the chance to experience Origins from high above.

Places are limited, so add on tickets must be purchased in advance. Please note that Whispering Gallery access cannot be purchased during your visit.
