My mum was 102years old when she died and had lived a full and happy life. Greensleeves care home were with mum throughout her short illness, I cannot thank them enough for the love and kindness they gave to her.

Jo had strong roots in Lincolnshire and despite moving away was always a proud Yellowbelly. Jo was a nursery teacher who loved travel and history and reading. She is a much missed mum, grandma and friend.
