Allan was 86 years old and a husband father grandfather great grandfather and friend to many. He was a very kind man who will be missed by all who knew him

Dad survived The Blitz, Korean minefields, 7 pints & smoked 40 a day, weekly fish & chips, Bell's palsy, sudden death of his son, wife with dementia, 90 years of life then came cv19 he didn't survive this RIP Dad

Gone but never forgotten

Harry Mercer dedicated his life to his family, community and country. He fought in the RAF during WW2 and volunteered in his hometown for over 70 years. His legacy will live on forever. The true Pride of the North East.
