Born in Sierra Leone, qualified in Russia & lived in Birmingham. Worked in A&E at Selly Oak hospital & was also a Police Surgeon & a highly respected freemason. He was a conscientious, diligent professional love by all.

James Andrew Donnelly was loved by many and will be remembered as an intelligent, well-respected, gracious, humble and kind gentle man. He will be greatly missed and will always remain within our thoughts and hearts.
