A husband, father, grandad and a great grandfather who has helped us through tough days and has been there for us everyday. Gives us strength, love and support each day we heard and seen him.

John was my husband of 54 years a proud father grandfather and great grandfather. He was a man who believed in justice for all and campaigned against the inequalities of life for many. A true Socialist in word and deed.

Mum, not a day goes by when I don't think about you. I still talk to you in your Cliff Richard rose everyday in the garden and have fish and chips at Herne Bay with you. It doesn't get easier.

Our mother went into hospital and got COVID in hospital. After 20 days in hospital mummy die alone with no family being able to go to see her. No wake , no funeral. It still hurts like it happened yesterday
