As well as serving our visitors and customers by providing exceptional customer care and assistance/information, you will help in the day-to-day operational activities of the Cathedral shop. This involves operating the tills and handling cash and stock. To be effective in the role you’ll have excellent customer service skills, ideally gained in a visitor-facing role in a busy environment. Someone who is passionate about attracting new and existing visitors by building partner relationships to organise an exciting and commercially sustainable programme of visitor exhibitions, activities and events aimed at a wide range of audiences. Reporting to the Head of Visitor Operations, you will lead on planning our activities for the Wren 300 celebrations in 2023, as well assisting with the development of future exhibition themes and programming activity for 2024, based on evaluation findings.
