This beautifully sculpted marble figure of Christ was once the centrepiece of an elaborate reredos (a decorated screen) that stood behind the Cathedral’s High Altar.

St Paul’s has opened a permanent accessible entrance to the Cathedral. Designed by Caroe Architecture, the project is the most significant change to Christopher Wren’s exterior in 300 years.
