A morning carol service for all the family and suitable for all ages, featuring well-known carols for everyone to join in.

This year, tickets for this special event will be allocated through a free ticket ballot. Tickets will be distributed at random and anyone wishing to attend may enter. We hope this will give everyone a fairer opportunity to join us.

How to enter the ballot for tickets

You can enter the free ballot through the button link above. The ballot will be open from 10am on 7th November until 10am on 21st November.

If your ballot entry is successful, you will receive an email after the ballot has closed. Successful entrants will have from 25th November until 1st December to claim up to five tickets.

Any unclaimed tickets after the booking window closes on 1st December will be made available for general release the following day.
