Our adored Dad, Nandad, John. Retired Avon and Somerset Constabulary (1970-2010). He was brave, generous, hilarious, a complete one-off. We thank the Bristol Royal Infirmary for their amazing care and effort to save him.

Bill was the most wonderful husband, father and papa. He was the backbone of our family and our guiding star. We are lost and heartbroken without him. He was only 67 and we wonderful years planned for the future.

You helped raise me, you was there for me, constantly, unconditionally, I will forever be thankful for all you did for me, sleep tight Grandad, fly high today, you will always have a place in my heart
