Quiet-spoken but with a cheeky sense of humour, he was a lovely dad; slightly mischievous but always reliable, and very kind. We miss the essence of him, and the twinkle in his eye. Dear Dad, you are missed by us all.

It's in death that you truly understand how loved a person has been. There is a 6ft 3'' hole in so many people's lives and it is a testament to how much of a wonderful, charming and kind man we've lost. Love you x x x
