Maureen, my neighbour for 50 years, was a scientific civil servant with an encyclopaedic memory for things archaeological or scientific, coupled with a passion for books, music, ceramics and modern art & design.

Eileen was elegant, funny and had a great sense of humour. She will be sorely missed by her son David, grandsons Gareth and Owain and the extended family.

Terence was a much loved and respected, husband, father and grandfather who, so sadly, missed the birth of his first great grand-daughter by one week. He had a long and distinguished career in the police.
