Winnie had dementia and was in wonderful care home just outside Leeds where she lived for 50 years. She contracted COVID-19 which accelerated her demise. She is from Jarrow where we held the funeral at the graveside.

There are no words to describe how much we miss you Dad. We miss your phone calls and cheeky sense of humour. You were a great friend to us both not just our Father. You live on in our hearts, we love you. Your girls x
