Attended Royal Hospital school, served on HMS submarines and happily married for 65 years.

My dad left behind a wife , 5 children , 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He had many dogs throughout his life and lived life to the full. We all loved him dearly.

A loving father, husband, brother and friend. Your energetic personality and sense of humour has left a lasting impression with us all. May your soul rest in eternal peace. Om Shanti.

Bern. Legend who lived life to the full. He had lived is later life with Vascular dementia and ended his days in a care home where the Heavenly Father called him home. He's now our Angel. Always in our hearts. RIP Bern
