As a midwife for over 30 years she volunteered to look after women and babies in Tibetanese area, where she met her late husband who was also volunteering to work there as a medical doctor.

Taken too soon one of life's true gentlemen, a greatly loved husband, dad, grandad and great-grandad sadly missed by everyone that knew him. Forever in our thoughts.

I'm so sorry, you were taken from us this way. So proud to be your daughter and hope you're at peace. Love you Dad xx
