Bach's 'Great Eighteen' performed at St Paul's as part of European organ marathon

Some of J S Bach's finest works are to be performed at St Paul's as part of one man's mission to play all of the great composer's organ repertoire.
The Great Eighteen, will be performed on the new William Drake organ in the crypt of St Paul's by
Henry Fairs, part of his three-year project to perform the complete organ works of
Bach on outstanding instruments throughout Europe.
The works, also known as the Leipzig Autograph, are amongst the most profound compositions to come
from the pen of Bach, containing a great range of emotional colour and musical variety.
The 18 chorales will be performed across three evenings in October.

Times: 6.30 - 8pm
Price: £5 per concert or £12 for all three (cash only).
Admission on the door (season tickets available at the first concert).
Entry via north west crypt door.
