Property Administrator
We are currently seeking a Property Administrator, to join our Property team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul’s Cathedral.
The post holder will provide essential administrative support across the Property team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and compliance activities. It plays a key part in coordinating staff records, managing systems, liaising with contractors, and supporting health and safety processes – all within the unique setting of a historic and operational Cathedral.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
• Providing general administrative support, including meeting coordination and minute-taking
• Maintaining accurate records of annual leave, training, sickness, and timesheets
• Managing internal systems, including our CAFM (VisionPro) and SharePoint filing
• Coordinating contractor access, compliance checks, and service schedules
• Supporting financial processes such as raising purchase orders and reconciling credit card spend
• Logging incidents, scheduling health surveillance and training, and tracking PPE allocation
We are looking for you to have:
• Significant administrative experience, ideally within facilities management, construction, or a related setting
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint. Experience of Adobe InDesign desirable
• A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to prioritise your workload
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a varied and hands-on role, offering the chance to support the upkeep and preservation of a globally recognised site.
The successful applicant will also be expected to share in St Paul’s Cathedral’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
