Cleaner

We are looking for a new recruit to join our friendly cleaning team, working in the Cathedral and its associated buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes of one of the most iconic buildings in the world, keeping it safe and clean for all its visitors and staff. The role includes cleaning the steps leading up to the famous frontage of the Cathedral, the vast and beautiful Cathedral floor, the largest crypt in Europe, the hidden corridor of the Triforium, the breath-taking galleries, plus staff offices and communal areas. We’ll also make sure you have the training and management support to do a great job. Our rota, which does include some weekend and bank holiday working, ensures that shifts are divided fairly among the team to support a good work-life balance, with no late nights and only a few early mornings. In addition to the pay rate and standard benefits above, we provide medical checks and eye tests to keep you in tip top condition. The closing date for applications is 9am on 13th June 2022 with interviews taking place on 20th June 2022.
