We are happy to announce that St Paul’s Cathedral is now open again for sightseeing, Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 4.30pm (last entry at 4.00pm). We’ve introduced capacity controls and 30-minute entry timeslots, along with changes to keep everyone safe whilst visiting the Cathedral. Our Keeping Your Visit Safe webpage has the latest up-to-date information about the COVID-19 safety measures we have in place.
Saturday 19 June and Sunday 20 June 2021
There are some temporary changes to how we welcome worshippers and visitors on Saturday 19 June and Sunday 20 June.
For sightseeing on Saturday 12pm-4pm, the entrance is via the Dean’s Door, passing the striking Geometric staircase, with exit via the South Churchyard.
For worshippers attending Choral Evensong on Saturday 19 June at 5pm, and all services on Sunday 20 June, entrance is via the South Transept Door.
Please note, the Crypt toilets will not be open this weekend, and the nearest toilets are at Paternoster Square or One New Change.
Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the Whispering Gallery remains closed to the public until further notice. The Stone Gallery and Golden Gallery will be open on Saturdays and school holidays only. Please note that entrance to the Golden Gallery is subject to availability due to social distancing capacity, and there maybe time restrictions in place.
We recommend booking in advance where possible. You can book online right up to the the start time of each 30 minute entry timeslot, subject to availability. Visit dates are bookable from one month in advance.
Admission passes or vouchers issued by our sales partners are validated and redeemed on walk-up tickets only. A proportion of each entry
timeslot's capacity is always made available for onsite customer service on the day. Alternatively you may prefer to make a generic entry
timeslot reservation ahead of your visit via the link below
