We're recruiting an Event and Digital Support Assistant, to join the St Paul’s Cathedral Institute, part of our Chancellor's directorate.
The St Paul’s Cathedral Institute offers a wide range of events, which seek to explore the big questions of life. Its work focuses on three key areas: faith and spirituality, art and history, and contemporary issues and ideas which are explored in a variety of different ways through talks, seminars, short articles, online conversations and podcasts as well as opportunities for quiet reflection.
This role will be an integral part of the St Paul’s Cathedral Institute, involving event support, audience management and engaging in editing digital programmes. This exciting role will involve working cross collaboratively with different internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver seamless events, through excellent event administration.
The successful applicant will have:
- demonstrable knowledge of events and audience management, along with some experience of programme editing and website editing
- effective, clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent organisational and time management skills.
The successful applicant will also be expected to share in our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

- Our annual holiday allowance is 25 days plus bank holidays (FTE).
