Christopher Martin-Jenkins memorial service set for St Paul's

A memorial service to cricket journalist and former president of the MCC, Christopher Martin-Jenkins MBE, is to be held at St Paul's Cathedral.

The service, at 11am on Tuesday 16 April, will allow friends and family, as well as members of the public, the opportunity to give thanks for the life of Christopher, who died on New Year's Day.

The service will include music and readings, as well as a number of tributes by those who knew him well.

A public ballot for tickets to the service is now closed.
