St Paul’s Cathedral School has formally opened its first boarding house for girls. For the first time in its 900-year history, girls will be able to board at the Cathedral’s choir school.

This week, the interior of St Paul’s Cathedral is being transformed by the immersive sound and light show, ‘Luminous’.

St Paul’s Cathedral, in partnership with London Symphony Chorus and Rambert, presents a special memorial concert for all who have died as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Special recognition is given to NHS and social care workers. The concert will be performed at St Paul’s Cathedral on the 2nd anniversary of lockdown in the UK, Wednesday 23 March 2022 at 7pm.

Their Majesties The King and Queen attended St Paul’s Cathedral on the 15th May, for a Service of Dedication for the Order of the British Empire.

Last week, His Majesty King Charles III gave St Paul's Cathedral three Christmas trees from his Windsor Estate to mark the beginning of Advent.

St Paul's Cathedral is delighted to announce that Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist Marilynne Robinson will join Biblical Scholar Paula Gooder at a free event to take place at the Cathedral in May 2024.

The Remember Me memorial portico entrance is now open, a physical memorial to all those who have died as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Sunday 30th June 2024, two girls from St Paul’s Cathedral School formally joined the St Paul’s Cathedral Choir as full choristers for the first time in its 900-year history.
