After six weeks of competition and almost 600 entries, the shortlist for the surprise St Paul's photograph
competition has been announced.
The brief was simple: we were looking especially for images of St Paul’s which are less-seen - whether the entire Cathedral or just a small
detail. The rest was then left open to each photographer’s interpretation.
Competition organisers faced a tough choice to select 12 images, one of which will now be chosen to be the winner by National Portrait
Gallery's Director, Sandy Nairne.
The winner, who will enjoy a private behind-the-scenes tour of the Cathedral and dinner at the Grange Hotel's Benihana Restaurant
for six people, will be announced before the end of the week.
